This meeting heard the report on the 2025 annual work of the Shenzhen Building Doors and Windows Curtain Wall Association, as well as the work plan for 2026 from the association's president, Mai Huajian.

Wang Haijun, the deputy chief engineer of the Shenzhen Building Doors and Windows Curtain Wall Association, presided over the motion regarding the application for membership as a council member, a corporate member, or an individual member of the association, as well as the notification of relevant matters and the motion concerning the change of the vice president.

The conference successfully added new member units, corporate members and individual members through a motion voting system of raising hands.
